Gather at the Coffee Shop near Soriya Mall

Your Phnom Penh City by Cyclo tour will begin at PAPA PAIN NEAR Soriya Mall, Please arrive around 2:15pm to leave the coffee shop at 2:30. Be sure to remember your camera as you will want to capture some of the best sights Phnom Penh has to offer!

With no two days the same in Phnom Penh we have a flexible itinerary to show our guests the best side of each unique day, whilst ensuring every adventure is a unique and exciting one!

Upon arrival you will meet your local expert guide who will be with you for your afternoon of exploring the sights. You will also get to meet your local cyclo driver who will pilot you around parts of the city. These men provide a wonderfully unique transportation service around the city that is sadly fading out to the modern tuk-tuk. This special mode of transport ensures that you will have an afternoon exploring that you won’t forget!

The tour includes many key stops including Wat Phnom and the Independence Monument but each extra minute is made up of exploring the lesser-known Phnom Penh too! With local markets, Khmer street stalls, local style coffee and other hidden eateries and secrets along the route. The route will also pass the royal palace where your guide will give you an intriguing insight into Cambodia’s past and present.

Your tour will finish at Botumvatey Pagoda, this is a convenient spot in the middle of the city with lots of restaurants and bars nearby for you to relax after your adventure. Your guide can also help to organize transport back to your hotel if needed.

This tour is available daily and departs at 2:30pm.

This tour uses Cycle-Rickshaws drivers and a professional guide. These are your local experts at negotiating the congestion of the urban city and will transport you along our specially planned route. The Cycle Rickshaw is a fading trade in Modern Phnom Penh and we are happy to support this unique transport experience.

A delicious range of snacks, fruit and clean water are also provided throughout the tour.

An experienced English speaking, local leader will host you on this trip who is well spoken, very well informed, and charming. Our leaders are often cited as being the main highlight of the tour. We use local leaders who have a passion for their country and are always well informed on topics ranging from history, cuisine and importantly local customs and cultures. Our leaders will take pride in introducing you to every aspect of their country.

Our guide will give you a detailed description on the historical background of the Royal Palace, please note we will not be going inside but your guide will inform how to get a ticket if you want to go another day.

This tour is guaranteed for a minimum of just 2 travellers. And we limit the group size to only 10 travellers so that you get all the attention you want in an intimate group.

This cyclo tour is highly recommended. I did a cyclo tour here years ago as part of an organised Mekong River tour but this tour is much much better, being able to hop on, hop off at sites of interest and the cyclo driver waits. You get a much closer feel for local life and at a slower pace on a cyclo than from a taxi or tuk tuk. It’s amazing how the rider safely weaves through the chaotic traffic of Phnom Penh. Not only is this tour good fun but it supports local cyclo drivers.

The Cyclo trip was perfect! The ride was way more peaceful (even in the busy city) than a moto would have been, and we were able to stop where we wanted to and just drive on by the sights we were less interested in.
