Angkor Pass
You will need an Angkor Pass for this tour. If you don't already have one, you can purchase one upon entry to the Angkor Zone on the morning of the tour.

Sunrise at Angkor Wat
The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel. The time will be advised when we confirm your booking. The van will take you through the busy streets around town right to the Angkor Archeological Park and the Angkor Wat temple where you will meet the rest of the group and your guide will pick out the perfect position to watch the dawn break. If the weather gods are with you, the sun will rise up behind the majestic spires of Angkor Wat and provide the most stunning of silhouettes. This is truly a profound experience.

Angkor Wat Walking Tour & Breakfast
As the crowds of tourists disperse, you will have Angkor to yourselves in the best temperature and light of the day. Your guide will take you through this ancient wonder to give you an overview of Angkor Wat after which you enjoy breakfast, just outside the temple area in peaceful surroundings.

Biking Angkor Archeological Park
The rest of the day is spent cycling the back trails through thick forest to ancient ruins, stopping at both iconic and lesser-known temples. Among others, we park our bikes at the many faces of Bayon and the jungle swallowed Ta Prohm, both must-sees. Enjoy pedaling through the mysterious jungle surrounding the temples before we take lunch by the small reservoir called Sra Srang. As the day heats up, we drive back to town and to your hotel.
You can expect to arrive back around 2pm.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Visit one of the world's great monuments. After experiencing the sun rising up behind the temple, walk through the site when it is at its quietest and most inspiring. We also visit the famous temples of Ta Prohm and The Bayon, in addition to some smaller, less-visited sites in this UNESCO World Heritage Archeological Park.

While we take you to see many of the iconic temples of the Angkor Archeological Park our means of travel is half the fun. We ride the back roads and hidden dirt trails to escape the crowds and bus tourists.

Quality, well maintained imported GT mountain bikes with full hydraulic disc brakes a helmet and reusable sports water bottle are provided.

An experienced English speaking, local leader will host you on this trip who is well spoken, very well informed, and charming. Our leaders are often cited as being the main highlight of the tour. We use local leaders who have a passion for their country and are always well informed on topics ranging from history, politics, cuisine and importantly local customs and cultures. Our leaders will take pride in introducing you to every aspect of their country.

This tour is fully supported by an air-conditioned support vehicle so if you need a break from riding the van is always there to use.

A delicious breakfast and lunch are included. Snacks, fruit and clean water are also provided throughout the tour.

This tour is guaranteed for a minimum of just 1 traveller. And we limit the group size to only 8 travellers so that you get all the attention you want in an intimate group.

A wonderful way to explore temples and back roads in a small group. The temples themselves will be crowded but this made it more manageable as we were able to travel in between temples on the smaller back trails/roads. From early morning pickup, meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, cold water), temple history, and tips on best photo points, I highly recommend this tour.
